which type of electric is more dangerous to us A.C or D.C explain also
Answers
Having said that, I would rate AC as more dangerous owing to the following reasons,
1. To produce the same excitatory effects, the magnitude of DC flow of constant strength shall be two to four times greater than that of the AC. i.e more DC current is required to induce the same harmful effects as AC current.
Hope helps you
Answer:
AC is more serial killer as AC with less frequency (50 Hz in EU and 60 Hz in US) is more dangerous than the DC having the same level of voltage. In other words, 230V AC (or 120V AC) is more dangerous than 230V DC or 120V DC respectively.
