i guess this is a personal response question if you are asked such question in exam then go with melodious and soft music as it doesn't have any nosiy beats and it refreshes one's mind even if they are sad and one feels refreshing and calm when they listen to soft music
and even the tune of flute and many more musical equipments are so soft that one forgets all his sorrows and thus an optimistic feeling gets filled in his or her mind
