During favourable condition the encysted amoeba divides by multiple fission and produces pseudopodiospores. This phenomenon is known as sporulation.

Answer:Amoeba repoduces by binary fission during favourable conditions. But during unfavourable conditions it produces a layer aroud its body known as cyst,it is now said to be in an encysted condition then the nucleus divides into many dauther nuclei.
