I was inside defined as a assembly shop for protein synthesis there are two types of ribosomes found in Indo plasmic reticulum first are smooth endoplasmic reticulum second rough endoplasmic reticulum smooth smooth endoplasmic reticulum do not have ribosomes attached to it so discard smooth endoplasmic reticulum and rough endoplasmic reticulum is attached with ribosomes so it is called rough endoplasmic reticulum

Ribosomes in RER are of the form 70 S ( sevdberg unit or sedimentary coefficient) .
It has two subunits-50S+30S.
