Reticulate venation is found in the leaves of dicot plants.

The dicots have two cotyledons, leaves, when they are young and dicot plants include roses, peas, beans, lentils, peanuts, oak trees, daisies and cacti.

They are different from monocots in six different ways including in respect to flowers, pollen grains, seeds, stems, roots and leaves.
