Clay soil is used for making cup and saucers.

Clay is defined as small natural rocks with so fine structures and which combines at least one clay mineral or may be more than one, as the case may be.  It also combine organic matter. The particles of clay soil are so fine and small that their existence is revealed only through an electron microscope. Apart from being used for making cups and saucers, clay soil is also used for making artworks, pots, building activities and much more.

Thank you for asking this question, here is your answer.

Clayey soil is utilized for making cup and saucer as we know that clayey soil is firmly packed, they don't have any space among them and size of the dirt particles is little.

That is the reason this sort of soil is utilized for making pots, to cup and saucer and so on.

They can hold water for a significant lot of time.
