You can call this set of points as Abscissa and ordinate that is x coordinate and y coordinate.

As, if you find the Domain of Abscissa, that is x coordinate , it will be equal to [-∞, ∞]

And, if you find the domain of Ordinate , that is y coordinate , it will be also equal to [-∞, ∞]

So, we can say that neither abscissa nor ordinate has neither beginning nor end.
