We know that

It=Q

and

E=VIt

⟹It= E/V

⟹Q= E/V

⟹ Coulomb = joule/volt

Also as we know that

Coulomb is the unit charge(q)

Also charge = Current×time= Ampere second

Hence, coulomb is equivalent to Ampere- second
