The Self-help group is an alternative approach
to achieve the objectives of the rural development.
SHG is a viable organized setup to disburse microcredit
to the rural women and encouraging them to
enter into entrepreneurial activities. Credit needs
of the rural women can be fulfilled totally through
SHG.
