(p-1)x+3y=2
6x+(2-q)y=6​

for infinitely many solutions

a1/a2=b1=b2=c1/c2

p-1/6=3/2-q/2/6

take, 3/2-q=2/6

18=4-2q

-14/2=q

q=-7

putting value of q

p-1/6=3/2-(-7)

p-1/6=3/2+7

p-1/6=3/9

p-1/6=1/3

3p-3=6

3p=9

p=3

hence value of q=-7 and p =3
