Lord Lytton
Robert Bulwer-Lytton, 1st Earl of Lytton from November 1831 – 24 was an English diplomat and poet also composed under the pen name Owen Meredith. He sub served as Viceroy of India within 1876 and 1880, at the time when Queen Victoria was declared Empress of India.
Lytton was known as brilliant failure because of his actions, in the midpoint of a man-made individual tragedy, exhibit the revolting dependent positions dispensed towards their suppressed communities throughout the world. As the scarcity was worsening and Indians were begging for food, Lytton was involved in planning the crowning of Queen Victoria as the Empress of India.
