Heya!

In Microsoft Office, the SLIDE SORTER view is used to arrange the slides. To switch from any view to slide sorter view, follow these steps.....

  1. Open any presentation in power-point or create a new one.
  2. On the status bar, click the circled button in the image.
  3. Your view will be changed to slide sorter view.

Now you can change the order of the slides by dragging and dropping.
