Explanation:

All living organisms are composed of one or more cells. The cell is the basic unit of structure, function, and organization in organisms. Cells arise from a pre-existing cell. Because viruses are not made up of any cells, and these viruses do not affect cells in any process, so viruses are not related to cell theory.

Answer:

Viruses and organisms called Tardigrades.

Explanation:

Cell theory does not only state that cells should be generated from cells

but also that a cell could be destroiable. Though viruses satisify the first

condition, tardigrateis only satisify both the conditions .The are also  called as water bear. They not only are indestructable but also an organism where one cell acts as different cells.
