0 (zero) because while calculating face value you just see the digit and the digit is 0 (null) and in place value you replace the remaining digits with 0. while doing this, in case of calculating the face value of 0 you will have a series of 0s and as you may know its actual value is 0 (null) itself. hence 0 is the correct solution.
