5g of hydrogen since the mass of hydrogen is less than sodium therefore the number of atoms is higher in hydrogen

First find out the number of moles in each case.
for sodium number of moles= weight/molecular mass
=5/23=0.21
fir hydrogen number of moles=weight/molecular mass
=5/1=5
so clearly 5g of hydrogen is the answer
