Area of rectangle=40×28=1120 sq.metre
Area of square=35×35=1225 sq. metre Area of sq is greater by (1225-1120)=105 sq. Metre Perimeter of rectangle=2(40+28)=136m Perimeter of square=4×35=140m Perimeter of square is more by (140-136)=4m Plz mark as the brainliest

area of rect. = l × b = 40 × 28 = 1120m^2

area of square = side × side = 35 × 35 = 1225 m^2

1225 > 1120
ar of square > area of rect.

perimeter of a rect = 2 (l+b) = 2 (40+28)
= 2× 68 = 136m

perimeter of square = 4 × side = 4 × 35
= 140m

140 > 136
perimeter of square > perimeter of rect.

hope it helps... :)
