Power of lamp is given by formula

[tex]P = \frac{V^2}{R}[tex]

here V = voltage applied

R = resistance

Here since two lamps are operated at same voltage

so from above relation we can say that resistance of two bulbs are inversely depends on power when they are operated at same voltage.

[tex]R = \frac{V^2}{P}[tex]

So in the above two 50 W is having less resistance then 25 W

[tex]\frac{R_1}{R_2} = \frac{P_2}{P_1}[tex]

[tex]\frac{R_1}{R_2} = \frac{25}{50}[tex]

So resistance of first lamp is half of resistance of second lamp
