so,
F1=2*5=10
F2=4*2=8
F1>F2
F1 has greater force
so,

in case 1st ,
mass = 2kg
acceleration =5m/s
force = mass ×acceleration = 2×5 = 10 N
in case 2nd ,
mass = 4kg
acceleration = 2m/s
force = mass × acceleration = 4× 2 = 8 N
so the object with 2 kg and acceleration of 5m/s would require more force ...
