HDFC bank had developed an AI-based chatbot called EVA, short for Electronic Virtual Assistant. Released in 2017, EVA is a personal assistant on HDFC Bank’s website, available 24 x 7 to help the user with his/her banking queries.  He/She can get the answers he/she is looking for without the hassle of waiting on a call or at a branch.
