The removal act of Indian american was the act in which the Indian american was forced to leave their places and go to the west and this act was called as the Trail of Tears. The first treaty of removal was signed in the 27,1830 called as the treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek.In 1835 a new treaty was signed in which the Cherokee removal was to be done.

Seminoles and the fugitive slaves shown some resistant in leaving their places. They fought a war from 1835 to 1842 and they earn the right to live in the south Florida swamplands. Small number were alive and around 3000 people were killed in the war. The main reason for their removal was the acts of the native Americans.
