Answer: Answer:37

Step-by-step explanation:

if number of rows and number of pots in rows are same that means that total number of pots is a square number because if the number of rows is X and the number of pots in each row is X then the number of pots is

X x X = X²

when pots are arranged  this way there are 31 pots left

so number of pots = X² +31

X² + 31 = 1400

X² = 1400-31

X² = 1369

X= √1369

=37

∴number of rows = 37
