There is an enzyme in saliva called amylase. Its job is to begin the breakdown of starches (carbohydrates) into sugar. If you keep chewing some bread for a long time, you will start to taste the sweetness as the sugars are released. The enzyme rarely gets a chance to work in the mouth, though.

when we theorise our saliva will mix well so the taste of rice is sweet and atom has four type of taste salty sweet extra other two part so when we eat and showing anything we get sweet taste I hope my answer is right
