The solution of Copper sulphate is Blue in color and that of Zinc sulphate is colourless because zinc is more reactive than copper and displaces copper from copper sulphate solution.

In a reaction between zinc and copper sulphate zinc displaces copper from copper sulphate solution to form zinc sulphate and copper metal and the zinc sulphate so formed is colourless and formed zinc sulphate solution is colourless. Zinc sulphate is white in colour in the powder form but in solution it is colourless as it is an element with completely filled d orbitals ZnSO4 is white in colour but it does not impart colour.
