aspect and the successful implementation
of those framed rules with maximum
positive result is another aspect.
Though the fundamental rights and duties
are provided in the constitution of India, the
success of those comes only when people
of the nation are willing and ready to accept
them and follow them.
Unless there is a broad agreement among
the people on the desirability of social
change any law even the constitution law
would have little effect.
It is the attitude of the people that
determines the unity and the validity of the
provisions provided in the constitution.
