IDL (International Date Line) is an Imaginary line passing through the Pacific Ocean. It goes form the 180 degree meridian just opposite to the 0 degree i.e. The GreenWich Mean Time (GMT).

While crossing the IDL or while going from west to east (for eg. USA to Japan) one must add one more day to there journey and while going from east to west (for eg. Japan to USA) one must deduct one day from their journey and travel one day late.

These are the changes one must do in their schedule while passing though IDL or while travelling.
