According to question

Let speed of Cyclic in Still Air be u
and Speed of Air be v

Thus,
While cycling long the wind

Speed = v+ u
and given that x = 30 Km
when   t = 3 hrs

So,             v+ u = 30/t
                   v + u = 30 / 3 = 10
So              v + u = 10

Similarly
while cycling in opposite direction

Speed = v - u

So
     v - u = 30/5
       v - u = 6

Thus equating the above two equations

          2v = 16
            v = 8
So       u = 2
