While defining Ohm’s law, the physical conditions are required to be kept constant, why?

Ohm's Law : When the physical parameters such as Length, Area of cross section, Material, Temperature etc, remain constant then, the current flowing through the conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference applied across its terminals.

  • Resistance
  • Length
  • Area of cross section
  • Material
  • Temperature
