let boys be x and girls be y
so x+y=48 equation 1
and x:y: :7:5so x/y=7/5
so x=7y/5 equation 2
frm eq1 and 2 we get
.7/5y+y=48
simplifying y=20 and so x =28
so x+y=48 equation 1
and x:y: :7:5so x/y=7/5
so x=7y/5 equation 2
frm eq1 and 2 we get
.7/5y+y=48
simplifying y=20 and so x =28
