Thare were several foolish things that were done by the author and his friends ..some of them are as :

1. Harris and george started their packing with breaking a cup. . then after harris packed strawberry jam on the top of the tomatoes and squashed it. .

2. George trod on the butter then he got it off his slipper ,after that they tried to put it in the kettle . at first it wouldn't go in and then wouldn'tcome out. they scrape it at last and put on the chair where after sometime harris sat and it stuck to his back.

3. they had no sense of packing . thry put the pies and bottom and heavy things on top of it and smashed the pies.
