While drawing water from a well with a bucket the bucket of water appears to be lighter when it is under water than when it is out of it. give reason?

Because of the buoyant force acting on the bucket by water upwards makes us feel a bucket lighter under water

It is because, in water, a bucket of water experiences an upthrust equal to the weight of water displaced by it. Thus apparent weight of bucket is far less than its real weight. But when bucket comes out of water, upthrust force is vanished and bucket appears heavier.
