while drawing water from the well with a bucket , the bucket of water appears to be lighter when it is under water than when it is out of it.give reasons.

When the bucket is in the water buoyant force makes the bucket light in wieght ( When an object is imersed in liquid it experience an upward force which is equal to the amount of liquid it displaces .This upward force is known as buoyant force)
