while eating miday neal some sabzi fell on cloth and after that rubbing soap on the spot which turned red. give reason for the changing of colour?

because food is in acid form so when it reacts with soap which is the base then it gives you red colour...
if you rinse your shirt in water, then the same spot will come again...

Because of the chemical reaction occur as the food is acid and soap is base which reacts together giving red colour. ..
