The spot turned red because the sabji has some acid in its ingredients when she rebbed soap at the spot soap is a base so soap nutrilizes acid and make it salt so that spot becomes rwd

The cloth turned red because of the neutralization reaction takes place between the sabzi(acid) and the soap(base) and turnes the colour of the cloth red.
Acid+Base= Neutral....
