Sarapatel or Sorpotel is a dish made of Pork, commonly cooked in Konkan coastal region of Goa.

This dish is of portuguese origin  and often eaten with  "sanna" - a spongy, white, and slightly steamed rice or bread.

It is also prepared in north eastern Brazil. it looks like
