While Goa is well known for seafood, it is also famous for a dish called 'Sorpotel'. What is this dish traditionally made of?

Chief ingredients includes meat and  spices. Meat can be of pork to lamb and even beef. Parboiled meat diced and sauteed before being cooked in a spicy and vinegary sauce. It often served with Sanna (a rice preparation appears spongy idly) and coconut bread.
