Explanation:

It is difficult to stay clam in this situation. However, not staying calm and panicking can make someone end up dead.

Therefore, first thing is to calm the nerves and think of solutions. Most appropriate option is to catch your breath. Since, lungs should get a proper supply of oxygen. Catch your breath whenever you get the chance and hold it underneath water.

Try to find something to hold on to and use legs and hands movement to stay at the top of water.

Explanation:

  • "Situation Reaction Test"(SSRT) is a part of "psychological testing" at SSB.  It is the psychologist 3rd test in a variety of psychiatric tests. SRT is designed to assess an individual's reactions in daily situations. The test seeks to determine that an individual has the "courage & skill" to cope with unusual circumstances with an "alert mind".
  • The goal of SRT is to determine those virtues that help one to overcome the everyday problem. The attitude  of a person would be able to solve the problem in the best way possible. The capacity to resolve the problem of everyday life is witnessed in the behaviour pattern & in duty nature that becomes the "habit & a part" of the behaviour which is being assessed.
