Their are different reason for different places
1. Delhi:- it gets only three month rain because it is at a far distance from sea as the clouds formed near the equator cannot come their . second reason is that Delhi has less amount of trees due to which less amount of transpiration process is performed.
2. jodhpur :- as we know jodhpur is in Rajastan and we also know that Rajasthan is half desert and as the same reasons for Delhi it also not gets the enough rain.
3. Thiruvananthpuram and Shillong:- as the both places are near tho the coastal line of India , the places gets clouds from the equator.
