while playing in the park a child stung by a wasp. some elders suggested a paste of baking soda and some other suggested lemon juice as remedy which remedy is appropriate and why?

Baking soda because it will neutralise the poison.

If a child was stung by a wasp,it inject a liquid in the skin which is acidic in nature,Hence,baking soda is the appropriate remedy as it is basic in nature and neutralises the acid
