it is because the Law of Inertia applies to you whenever you are in vehicle or in a racing car your body is traveling at the same speed as a car through you are just sitting easy vehicle car racing car stops abruptly ,whether it is hard stop or an automobile accident your body will continue moving forward sometimes got the stuff that motion and a bag usually aren't enough.When it bee a accident or if we put a brake quickly and suddenly you may go forward and your head will collide with the front miror. You collide with front mirror when you put a brake suddely because your body will also be in a same speed of vechile or racing car and when you put a brake you don't get the time to bring your body in motion that's why you collide with the front seat or mirror.
