while teaching about the Indian national flag,teacher asked the students that how many are there in blue color wheel?One student replies that it is 8 times the number of colors in the flag.While the other says the sum of the number of color in the flag and number of lines in the wheel of the flag is 27.Convert the statements given by the students into linear equations of two variables and find the number of lines in the wheel.What does the wheel signifies in the flag.

I know the answer is 24 but how?

Hey dear friend,

let the no. of wheels be x and no. of colours in flag be y
According to question,
x+y=27....eq.1
x=8y....eq.2

Substituting x=8y in eq.1
we get,
8y+y=27
9y=27
y=3

putting y=3 in eq.2
we get ,
x=24

So, the no. of wheels in a flag is 24

Wheels refers to the Truth or satya, dharma or virtue ought to be the controlling principle and the wheel also denotes motion

perfectly fine pure correct answer
hope it helps you mark me as brainliest and follow me
