while the sun has already rise in Arunachal Pradesh , it is still dark in Gujarat . give reason ?​

BECOZ WE KNOW THAT EARTH ROTATES FROM WEST TO EAST SO THE SUN RISES FIRST IN JAPAN

AND THEN IT SLOWLY GOES ON TO THE WEST SO AS ARUNACHAL PRADESH IS IN THE EAST SIDE OF GUJARAT SO THE SUN HAS ALREADY REACHED SRUNAVHAL PRADESH AND GUJARAT ..
