while throwing a smaall object like pillow on ground there is no reaction ,is newtons law not applied here

It is there but as it is negligible so we are unable to see any reaction.. likewise when we Puch a rock or wall reaction is there but it is negligible as compared to it's huge size! Hope it helps...
