While traveling in a train ,it appears that the trees near the track are moving , whereas co-passengers appear to be stationary. Explain the reason

Answer: Train is moving in both the cases.

However, with respect to the co passengers, the relative motion between them is zero despite the movement of the train. This is why they appear to be at rest.
