While travelling in a train, it appears that the trees near the track are moving whereas co-passengers appear to be stationary. Explain the reason.
While we are travelling in a train, our body is moving along with the train in motion (while our bodies are still under rest) which is why we see the trees moving away.
Inside the train, as all are stationary.... The co-passengers appear to be stationary as well but since our bodies are in contact with the moving train, we appear to be in motion wrt the trees.
