1) check MRP and the insist on bill for his purchase

2)To access it's quality properly, he should make sure to know what it contains

3) he should make sure that goods/service provided to him safely

4) He should choose only that which is right for him

5)he should ensure that his complaint,if any, is heared properly by it's seller and manufacturer

6) he should seek assistance from the consumer forum, if his complaint is not properly redressed.
