This letter I am writing because the people who are careless should take actions on the people, who are in danger and help them. Today in the morning, I was walking along the road I saw a man which felt down by an accident, I was trying to help him, but I kid so I couldn't do first aid so I called the people to help the man. But they were ignoring and not helping the man. Please you give this article in the “ Times of India ”. So the people will realize that they should help others.
