Answer:

You should open with an introductory paragraph in which you introduce the purpose of the memo. You can open your memo with a sentence as simple as "the purpose of this memo is to…" Once you state the purpose, then you can move forward to the next section. In this case the next section of your memo would be to describe the issue surrounding your memo. Next you will want to discuss what you have done to better research the issue surrounding your memo. Include as much basic information as possible. Additionally, if confirmation is needed from the recipient you will need to make sure that you stipulate that. You need not try to squeeze a lot of information into the memo because it is not necessarily a project proposal. The whole purpose of the memo is to make the recipient aware of an issue. If you keep it simple, it will be an easy task. Let's go over a few tips regarding memo writings

Answer: You should always note a common/proper name with an adjective if there is. You should also put the quantity of the object, person, etc.. For example, the date of when Adventure Time (Cartoon Network) stopped airing on TV.

-Sept. 3, 2018, AT (Adventure Time) end.

And as an example for the AT, and Sept., make your words short, if it has less letters, better it would be. And another thing, do Not make full sentences about the idea. In order to make such memo, you need to fully understand what the context is about. If you understand it fully, as soon as you saw the first words, you will have the whole idea of what it is talking about.

I hope I answered you question correctly and if does, I wish you would understand that this is my point of view.
