Required Answer:-

French Revolution, started on 14 July 1789 in the city of Paris. At that point of time the Country Franch was ruled by Louis XVI. Rumours were spread that the ruler had ordered troops for open fire. So about 7000 people gathered together to form a people's militia. The Bastille was palace which was hated by all as it was thought to be the despotic power of the ruler. So the Bastille palace was broken by the people and it's stone fragments were sold.

During this period the society of France was divided into three estates:-

(i) First estate - Clergy - Those people who used to work in Church.

(ii) Second estate - Nobility - The people whose background was from noble family.

(iii) Third estate - The rest of the people of France.

The first two estates where given privileges like, the first estate people used to collect taxes from the third estate people. Same was done by the second estate people. But the third estate people were forced under burden of taxes.

So the third estate people led this revolution for their privileges.

The outcome of this revolution was that the bourbon dynasty was thrown out of the throne of France.
