The Nazis in Germany wanted a utopic state which had people who were an asset but not a liability for Nazi Germany.

According to the Nazis,

Jews, Russians, Poles, Gypsies and other differently abled German citizens.

During the period from 1935-1939,

Jews were pauperised and segregated

The next step (1939-1945),

sent all the 'undesirables' to the Gas Chambers in located in Auschwitz and other places.

Hope this helps.
