The registrar of parties is supposed to regulate and set standards on the logos activities and membership of political parties .After this the electoral commission is as well   supposed to know about the operations of the political party and clear them or qualify them if found to be violating any  law.Apart from that there are contributions that should be done by the membership .Such should also be undertaken by both the parties.
